Technique and Form Training

Here’s a couple different new drills for some of your more advanced little players. The touch-and-go drills and the 7 foot barrier are two unique ways to train your players on what to do when they come up against a larger opponent. Stay low, be aggressive and the opponents size won’t be a problem.
